Junk Removal in Dubai, Priced From Your Photos

Send us photos of what needs to go and you get one fixed price back, in writing, before the truck leaves. No price agreed on the doorstep, no number that changes when the crew arrives.

We run junk removal across Dubai for apartments, villas, offices and shops — single items to full clear-outs. Prices are set by the load, not by the hour, so your quote covers the whole job: crew, truck, loading and disposal. If your building needs a move permit or a service lift booking first, we sort that with your building management before the day.

Junk Removal in Dubai

What does junk removal in Dubai include?

If it is taking up space and you want it gone, it is probably on this list:

  • Old furniture — sofas, beds, wardrobes, tables, mattresses
  • Appliances — fridges, washing machines, AC units, TVs and electronics
  • Household junk — boxes, bags, broken items, stored clutter
  • Renovation debris — tiles, wood, gypsum and rubble from refits
  • Garden waste — palm fronds, branches, soil, old turf
  • Office junk — desks, chairs, partitions, old IT equipment

One limit: hazardous waste — paint, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste — is not part of a standard collection, and Dubai Municipality does not take it either. Send a photo of anything you are unsure about and we will tell you the right route for it.

How much does junk removal cost in Dubai?

These are the typical ranges you will see across the city:

JobTypical price in Dubai
Single item — sofa, mattress, fridgeAED 100–150
Furniture removalAED 150–600
Standard one-truck loadAED 200–300
Large load, or a same-day jobAED 300–600+
Garden waste, small loadFrom AED 150

Four things move a price: how much there is, whether the crew faces stairs or a lift, dismantling, and how far items have to be carried. Your price with us is fixed from your photos before we arrive — the price confirmed in writing is the price you pay. The full breakdown, including skip hire, is in our pricing guide.

How booking works

  1. Send photos on WhatsApp. Add your area and a location pin or your Makani number. Photos are what your fixed price is built on, so show everything that has to go.
  2. Get your fixed price in writing. One number, confirmed before we set off. If the job on site matches your photos, that number does not change.
  3. We sort the lift and the permit. Towers need a move NOC from building management and a separate service-lift booking. In Emaar communities the NOC alone can take up to five working days, so we start the paperwork the day you book.
  4. We load and send proof. The crew takes everything, sweeps the space clean, and sends after-photos when the job is done. You pay when the job is finished.

The free option, honestly

Dubai Municipality collects bulky furniture and appliances free. Book on WhatsApp 800900 and the city crew comes to you. Collections run 5–11am every day except Saturday, the wait is usually around three days, and your items must be down at ground level — the crew will not come up to your floor. The service does not run in some free zones, including Palm Jumeirah and Discovery Gardens, and it does not take construction debris or hazardous waste.

Our guide explains who qualifies and how to book, step by step: Dubai Municipality free bulky waste collection.

If your items are reusable and you are not in a hurry, the free route is the right first call. A paid crew earns its money when you need it gone today, it is upstairs, it is broken or heavy, or it is debris the free service will not touch.

Where we work in Dubai

We cover all of Dubai, and the job changes with the area:

Towers

pickups in Dubai Marina and JLT run on weekday lift slots and permit windows. Many Business Bay and DIFC towers only allow loading between 10am and 6pm.

Villa communities

clearances in Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah and Palm Jumeirah run on gate passes arranged before the truck sets off.

Older Dubai

blocks in Deira, Bur Dubai and Karama often have no goods lift at all. Tell us your floor and we size the crew for stairs.

The full area list is on our homepage.

Clearing a place out before handover

A large share of our work is move-outs. Tenants leave furniture, boxes and appliances behind, and the landlord’s agent photographs all of it. The deposit at risk is 5% of the annual rent on an unfurnished apartment and 10% on a furnished one, so a clear-out is cheap insurance by comparison. We empty the property, sweep it, and send after-photos you can forward to your agent as proof the place was left clear. Whole-villa jobs are covered on our villa clearout page.

Where your junk goes

Reusable items are offered to donation first. Metal, wood and electronics are sorted for recycling, and e-waste goes through Enviroserve channels. Construction debris moves only with Waste Transfer Notes to approved sites. The rest goes to facilities approved by Dubai Municipality. It matters because the fine for a dumped load can land on the person who hired the crew — leaving bulky items in the wrong place carries a fine of AED 500, and dumping fines for individuals run up to AED 5,000.

Questions people ask us

How much does junk removal cost in Dubai?

Most single items, like a sofa or a fridge, cost AED 100–150 to collect. A standard one-truck load usually runs AED 200–300, and large or same-day jobs AED 300–600 and up. Send photos on WhatsApp and we confirm one fixed price in writing before we arrive.

How fast can you collect?

Same day, if you message early and your building’s lift and permit rules allow it. Send photos in the morning and we will give you a 2-hour arrival window the same day whenever the schedule and your building allow. Tower jobs depend on the service lift slot your building gives us.

Do you collect from towers and high-rise buildings?

Yes — most of our apartment work is in towers. A move NOC from your building management and a separate service-lift booking are usually both needed before a crew can start, and we arrange both. Tell us your building name with your photos so we can book the right slot.

Is there a free junk removal service in Dubai?

Yes. Dubai Municipality collects bulky furniture and appliances free when you book on WhatsApp 800900. Collections run 5–11am except Saturdays, the wait is usually around three days, and items must be at ground level. Some free zones, including Palm Jumeirah and Discovery Gardens, are not covered.

What do you not take?

We do not take hazardous waste — paint, chemicals, asbestos or medical waste — and the Municipality’s free service does not take it either. Everything else on this page, we collect. If you are unsure about an item, send a photo and ask before you book anyone.

Do you work through the summer?

Yes, but summer hours are planned around the law. From 15 June to 15 September, outdoor work stops between 12:30pm and 3pm for the midday break. In those months we run morning and late-afternoon shifts, so your pickup is booked around the break, not into it.

Which areas of Dubai do you cover?

All of Dubai — Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown, DIFC, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Mirdif, International City, Discovery Gardens, DIP, Al Quoz, Silicon Oasis, Motor City, Sports City, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai South. Send your area with your photos and we confirm your slot.
