Construction Waste Removal in Dubai, With the Paperwork Sorted
Renovation and fit-out debris cannot go in the normal bins, and Dubai Municipality’s free collection does not cover it. Send us photos of the waste and we confirm one fixed price in writing before we arrive. We load the debris, move it with a Waste Transfer Note on RASID-registered transport, and take it to approved sites. One-truck loads typically run AED 200–300, and large loads AED 300–600 and up.

What counts as construction waste?
Most of what a renovation or fit-out leaves behind:
- Tiles, ceramics and sanitary ware — bathroom and kitchen rip-outs, old baths, sinks and WCs
- Gypsum, plasterboard and ceiling waste — partitions, false ceilings and board offcuts
- Rubble, concrete, blocks and hardcore — broken flooring, screed and masonry
- Timber, flooring, doors and frames — strip-out waste from homes, offices and shops
- Mixed renovation debris — bagged or loose, priced from your photos either way
One limit: hazardous waste — asbestos, chemicals and similar — needs a specialist handler, not a standard clearance. Send a photo of anything you are unsure about and we will tell you the right route for it.
How compliant disposal works
Construction debris is tracked in Dubai, and the paperwork is part of the job, not an extra:
- Every load moves with a Waste Transfer Note — the record of what left your site and where it was taken.
- Transport must be RASID-registered — unregistered trucks are where illegal dumping starts.
- Approved sites only — debris goes to sites approved for construction waste, not to open land.
- The free route does not apply — the Municipality’s free bulky collection, booked on WhatsApp 800900, covers household furniture and appliances. It does not take construction debris.
When your load leaves with us, there is a paper trail for it — an answer in writing if your landlord, developer or community management asks where the waste went.
Skip hire, or a crew with a truck?
Both routes are common in Dubai. The right one depends on space and timing:
| Option | Typical Dubai price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Crew and truck, standard load | AED 200–300 | Our crew loads the truck and takes everything in one visit |
| Crew and truck, large load | AED 300–600+ | The same service for bigger sites and same-day clearances |
| Small skip | AED 400–620 | A skip dropped at your site, filled by your own team |
| Medium skip | AED 680–980 | More capacity, enough for a full room refit |
| Large skip | AED 1,050–1,500 | Suits multi-room renovations |
| RoRo skip | AED 1,700–3,700 | The largest option, for full site clearances |
A skip suits waste that builds up over several days while work continues — but it must be pre-registered before it is placed, and it needs space to sit. A villa driveway works; many apartment renovations and tower fit-outs have no legal spot for a skip at all. A crew with a truck needs no space and no registration: we load the pile, the debris leaves the same visit, and nothing sits outside your property waiting for collection. The full price picture, skip hire included, is in our pricing guide.
What changes the price
Four things set the price on a debris job:
- How much there is — one bathroom rip-out, or a full villa refit.
- How it is presented — bagged debris loads faster than loose rubble mixed with timber.
- Access — a ground-floor pile by the gate costs less to clear than the same load carried down stairs or out of a tower. Fit-outs in Business Bay and DIFC towers run on building loading windows, often 10am to 6pm, with lift bookings to match.
- How far the carry is — from the pile to the truck, across the site or down a corridor.
Your photos show us all four, which is why the price confirmed in writing is the price you pay.
The fines can land on you
Leaving bulky items in the wrong place carries a fine of AED 500, and dumping fines for individuals run up to AED 5,000. If a crew you hired dumps your load on open land or by a roadside, the fine can land on you — the person who hired them. A quote with no transfer note and no registered transport leaves that risk sitting with you. Ask any company how the load will move before you book them.
How the job runs
- Send photos of the waste on WhatsApp, with the site or property address and your area.
- Get one fixed price in writing. One number for the loading, the transport and the disposal. If the pile on site matches your photos, that number does not change.
- We load and send proof. The crew loads, sweeps the area, and the waste leaves with its Waste Transfer Note on RASID-registered transport.
- You keep the paper trail. The note is your record of where the debris went, ready for a landlord, developer or building management if they ask.
Who books this service
- Homeowners renovating — a bathroom or kitchen rip-out cleared before the next trade arrives, without a skip blocking the driveway.
- Fit-out contractors — site clearances at strip-out and at handover, with the paperwork a main contractor or landlord will ask for. Office and shop strip-outs are also covered on our office cleanout page.
- Landlords and agents — making a property good between tenancies after repair work.

Questions people ask us
How much does construction waste removal cost in Dubai?
A standard one-truck load typically runs AED 200–300, and large loads or same-day clearances AED 300–600 and up. Skip hire in Dubai runs from AED 400–620 for a small skip to AED 1,700–3,700 for a RoRo. Send photos of the debris and we confirm one fixed price in writing before we arrive.
Does my debris need a Waste Transfer Note?
Yes. Construction debris in Dubai moves with a Waste Transfer Note, on RASID-registered transport, to approved sites. The note is the record of what left your site and where it went. We arrange the note and the registered transport as part of the job, so the paper trail is covered from the start.
Can Dubai Municipality collect renovation debris free?
No. The Municipality’s free bulky collection, booked on WhatsApp 800900, covers household furniture and appliances only — it does not take construction debris or hazardous waste. Renovation and fit-out waste has to move as tracked construction waste, with a transfer note and registered transport, which is what a paid clearance provides.
Is a skip or a truck better for my renovation?
It depends on space and timing. A skip suits waste that builds up over days, but it needs pre-registration and room to sit, which many apartments and tower fit-outs do not have. A crew with a truck loads the pile for you and takes it in one visit, paperwork included.
What happens if my debris is dumped illegally?
You can be fined even if you never touched the load. Leaving items in the wrong place carries a fine of AED 500, and dumping fines for individuals run up to AED 5,000. If the crew you hired dumps your debris illegally, the fine can land on you — the person who hired them.
How quickly can you clear a site or flat?
Send photos in the morning and we can usually agree a slot the same day, subject to your building’s loading windows and lift bookings. Large and same-day jobs are priced from the photos, typically AED 300–600 and up, and the price is confirmed in writing before the truck sets off.
