Junk Removal in Dubai Marina, Priced From Your Photos
Send us photos of what needs to go and you get one fixed price back, in writing, before the truck leaves. No price agreed at the loading bay, no number that changes on the day.
Dubai Marina is a wall of supertall residential towers — around Marina Mall, along Marina Promenade, and over on the JBR side near The Walk. Almost every job here is a high-rise flat, so the work comes down to the building’s paperwork and getting your items out. We handle both.

What we get called for in Dubai Marina
- Apartment move-outs — end-of-tenancy flats cleared in one visit, ready for handover.
- Furniture removal — sofas, beds, wardrobes and dining sets, dismantled when a piece will not fit the service lift. See furniture removal.
- Appliance pickups — fridges, washing machines, cookers and AC units, taken away for proper disposal.
- Single bulky items — one mattress, one sofa, one fridge. Small jobs welcome.
- Landlord clear-outs — furniture left by old tenants, cleared between tenancies.
Permits and lifts: how Marina towers work
- The move permit comes first. Building management has to approve the move before any crew can start. Without one, security turns the truck away.
- The service-lift slot is separate. A permit does not hold a lift. It is booked on its own, for a set slot, and items move only inside that slot.
- Weekday windows. Most towers allow moves on weekdays only, roughly 8am to 5pm — plan a move-out on a weekday.
- Check in at security. The crew reports to security and loads from the loading bay, never the main entrance.
- Emaar towers take longer. The move NOC alone can take up to five working days, so send your tower name early.
How much does junk removal cost in Dubai Marina?
Typical Dubai ranges — Marina prices follow the city, not the postcode:
| Job | Typical price in Dubai |
|---|---|
| Single item — sofa, mattress, fridge | AED 100–150 |
| Furniture removal | AED 150–600 |
| Standard one-truck load | AED 200–300 |
| Large load, or a same-day job | AED 300–600+ |
What moves a price here: your floor, how much there is, dismantling, and the length of the lift slot. Your price is fixed from your photos — the price confirmed in writing is the price you pay.
How booking works in Dubai Marina
- Send photos on WhatsApp. Add your tower name, floor, and the day you want — photos are what your fixed price is built on.
- Get your fixed price in writing. One number, confirmed before we set off. If the job on site matches your photos, that number does not change.
- We sort the permit and the lift. Both are booked separately with building management, inside your tower’s weekday window.
- We load and send proof. The crew checks in at security, loads from the loading bay, and sends after-photos of the clear flat. You pay on completion.
The free option, honestly
Dubai Municipality collects bulky furniture and appliances free, and Marina is covered — the free-zone exceptions, like Palm Jumeirah and Discovery Gardens, do not apply here. Book on WhatsApp 800900: collections run 5–11am except Saturday, wait around three days.
The city crew collects at ground level only — they will not come up to your floor. In a 40-storey tower, getting a wardrobe down on your own is the whole problem. A paid crew does that part: down from your floor, through the booked service lift, gone the same visit.
Your deposit is on the line
Most Marina clear-outs happen at the end of a tenancy. At handover the agent photographs anything left behind — a common reason deposits are held. The amount at risk is 5% of annual rent unfurnished and 10% furnished. We empty the flat, sweep it, and send after-photos as proof it was left clear.
Next door: JLT
Across Sheikh Zayed Road, JLT runs on clusters and concierges instead of permits — we cover both sides of the road, and the rest of the city from junk removal in Dubai.
Questions people ask us
How much does junk removal cost in Dubai Marina?
Most single items, like a sofa or a fridge, cost AED 100–150 to collect. Furniture removal runs AED 150–600, a standard one-truck load AED 200–300, and large or same-day jobs AED 300–600 and up. Send photos and we confirm one fixed price in writing.
Do I need a permit to remove junk from a Marina tower?
Yes. Building management has to approve the move before a crew can start, and security will not let a truck in without it. In Emaar-built towers the NOC can take up to five working days, so send your tower name early.
Is the service lift booked separately from the permit?
Yes — two different bookings, and mixing them up is where Marina collections go wrong. The permit approves the move; the lift slot reserves the service lift for a set time. We book both with building management and plan the crew around your slot.
Can you collect the same day in Dubai Marina?
Only if your building plays along. Same-day needs the permit approved and a service-lift slot free that day, and most towers run move windows on weekdays only, roughly 8am to 5pm. Message in the morning with your tower name and we check.
Is there a free junk removal option in Dubai Marina?
Yes. Dubai Municipality collects bulky furniture and appliances free when you book on WhatsApp 800900, and Marina is covered. Collections run 5–11am except Saturdays, with a wait of around three days — but items must be at ground level, the hard part in a tall tower.
How does a clear-out protect my deposit?
Your deposit is 5% of the annual rent unfurnished and 10% furnished, and leftover furniture is a common reason agents hold it back. We clear the flat fully, sweep it, and send after-photos as proof it was left empty at handover.
